You can select pre-configuration options from our Risk Library, e.g., corporate office, travel security, or opt for a tailored configuration based on your requirements. Some of our clients choose to configure their own accounts, and we supply video training and support for you to do so. If you are pressed for time, we suggest we take on that responsibility to get you configured and up and running as quickly as possible with minimal effort.

We can add individuals or groups of users to your account on demand. As an admin user, you can add/change users to the number of licences/timeframes purchased on the account.

In principle, HawkSight is compatible and can integrate with any REST or Geo-Referenced incident API feed, including safety and security events and health data. We work with many data providers on a non-commercial basis. If you need or have found another data source you wish to use, give us a call, and we can discuss how we can integrate it.

HawkSight is proven to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 2700:2013 and the internal needs of Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. The HawkSight SRM product is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Ireland (EU-west-1) region but supports multi-region server location capability. The HawkSight architecture ensures: 

• VPC – all data transfer/communication within a dedicated VPC.
• Gateway proxy – ensures that the IP address is not visible to the user.
• SSL – ensures basic website security encryption.
• Data is stored in PostgreSQL & Microsoft SQL RDS Databases, where AWS encrypts it.

Once your account is configured, we will give you access to the HawkSight Knowledge Base through your HawkSight SRM login where you will find a simple three-step training system. We suggest you should start with some eLearning on SRA methodology and then a short series of quick-start videos to take you from logging in to completing your first security risk assessment. A series of searchable product training videos are available on demand to guide you through all functionality, and a FAQ section gives answers to the most asked questions.

The data you enter is stored on our secure AWS server. You own all data you enter, and HawkSight will delete any data you enter if you decide not to renew your subscription.

take images directly from your tablet.

Yes, there are two options to allow you to make your report look and feel precisely the way you wish it to:

Option 1. An in-App PDF report builder allows you to design a front page, select font and colour and select which HawkSight-generated content you wish to include. Once you have configured your report, you can save it as a template for later use. You can create and save as many templates as you require. An example HawkSight Report (PDF) template is included in your account.

Option 2: A tailor-made word template report can be created for you based on your requirements. HawkSight will data tag HawkSight generated content into the word report template you provide to us. Once completed, the template will be uploaded to your account and available from a drop-down list of templates in your account. An example HawkSight Report (Word) template is included in your account. HawkSight can quote for the design of a tailored Word report template.
